State of Tibetan Democracy in Exile: Challenges and Prospects

Exile Tibetans observed and celebrated the birth of Tibetan democracy in exile. Since the establishment of democracy and the rule of law as the basic tenet of administration and governance over 54 years back, Tibetans in exile were able to achieve many democratic milestones.
