Tibet Career Center to train unemployed youth in the Tibetan refugee communities

Discussion with the head of TCC, Jigme Tsultrim and Dolkar, the designated Career Counselor for Dharamsala, India. Tsultrim explains the need for a separate office to train unemployed youth in the various Tibetan refugee communities in India, Nepal and Bhutan; and Dolkar talks about how her group focuses on unemployed youth in her area, and train and help find jobs for them.
