The conference organized by Christ University in collaboration with 'Event Partners' is attended by hundreds of delegates and academicians from universities and institutions across 37 countries, including 7 monks from Sera Monastery.
The four day conference is attended by over 200 Principals from Anglo-Indian schools in India.

Geshe Jampa Wangden, the director of the meditation center said that the center has 10 rooms for 20 meditators with indoor basic facilities and a hall in the center.

The 7-day workshop is aimed to broaden the knowledge of Tibetan history, culture, religion, democracy, and the present situation inside Tibet.
He also said that Buddhism is the key that unifies Tibetans, and praised the monks who returned to Tibet to teach Buddhism to Tibetans inside Tibet.
