The US State Department has recently submitted its annual report on Tibet negotiations to the Congress to assess the dialogue between the Dalai Lama's representatives and the Chinese government. Kunleng invites Dalai Lama's special envoy Lodi Gyari to discuss the status of the Tibet-China dialogue.
