Lobsang Sangay, the head of Tibetan administration in exile, arrived in Salt Lake City, Utah on August 27, 2013 after his successful visit to Los Angeles, California. Sangay was accompanied by his wife, Kesang Yangdon and daughter, Menda Rewa.
In Utah, Sangay addressed the staff and students of the University of Utah. Tibetan community in Salt Lake City had organized a grand reception in the evening, during which he spoke about the Tibetan administration in exile’s current policies and the situation inside Tibet.
