The Department of Health of Central Tibetan Administration in collaboration with Delek Hospital and Tibetan National Sports Association (TNSA), organized a running event titled "Run for TB Marathon" on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at TCV Day school, Mcleod Ganj, Dharamsala, North India.

The registration for the runners began at 8:30 onwards at TCV Day school, and the event started at 9: 45 am, where over 200 people took part.

Route of this marathon were as follows: Started from TCV Day School, Mcleod Ganj Main Square, Upper TCV Road, TCV Handicraft Chowk, Forsyth Ganj, Police Station, Main Road to Mcleod (Via St. John's Church) & Ends at TCV Day School. (Approx.4.5 km)

In an interview with VOA's Tibetan Service, two TB patients shared their experiences having Tuberculosis and their messages to Tibetans.

Tsering Peldon, the Public Health in charge of Delek Hospital shed light on the statistics of TB patients in exile.
