Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama is on a three-day visit to Hesse. On Tuesday afternoon, the Dalai Lama, addressed members of the Hesse Parliament. This address was given before the start of the parliament’s plenary session after the summer break.
In a press release issued on 9 June, the Hessen Secretary of State Michael Busse announced that Dalai Lama was visiting the Hesse at the invitation of Minister President Volker Bouffier and the President of the State Parliament Norbert Kartmann.
On Wednesday morning, the Tibetan spiritual leader will visit Johann-Peter Shepherd School, a school for the blind and visually impaired in Friedberg.
