The Central Tibetan Administration based in Dharamsala, North India held a prayer service to condole the demise of Bapa Phuntsok Wangyal, the founder of Tibetan Communist Party on April 6, 2014.

The prayer service organized by the Department of Religion and Culture, and was presided over by Kirti Rinpoche, the head of Kirti monasteries.
