Tibetan stringer Tsering Migmar reported that the Tibetan Department of Home Affairs has convened a five-day conference of Tibetan Settlement leaders in India and in Nepal. Today Tibetan minister for Home Affairs welcomed the leaders and set the agenda for the next five days. They will address the issues such as farming, irrigation, employment, and how to take care of the poor in the Tibetan settlements.
