Tibetan exiled cabinet decided to attend the proceedings of the Parliament this morning after resolving a problem --- earlier in the week Deputy Sonam Topgyal criticized the Kalon Tripa Samdhong Rincpoche, saying that his handling of the Tibet Fund problem was not satisfactory. “The Kashag has not provided clear answers to the issues regarding America’s Tibet Fund, I doubt Kalon Tripa’s one foot is drowned in American Dollars.” The Kashag walked out and the Kalon Tripa demanded a thorough investigation of the allegation and decided not attend the current session of the parliament. Deputy S. Topgyal withdrew his criticism in writing and sent to the Kashag yesterday.
