Tibetan stringer Gedun Rinchen reported that the authorities in Tibet have barred Tibetans educated in exile and have returned to Tibet from government employment. Of late, 15 Tibetans were fired from job who were working as tour guides. The government also issued an order, stating that those who hire the Tibetans who were educated in exile will be punished. There are about 200 of them who are in dire straits, according to sources in Tibet.
