China experts and Tibetan activists debated today in New Delhi on the India’s policy towards Tibet, in particular about the out of the Indian Prime minister Vajepayee trip to China. Mr. Brahma Chellanney, a strategic affairs expert, said that India’s recognition of TAR, as Chinese territory was India’s “first explicit recognition of the annexation of Tibet by China.” Editor S.
