Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee would visit China next month. The Indian Defense Minister has noted in justification for the visit that not a single bullet has been fired from one side of the countries’ mutual border against the other for the last three years. Mr.Bhuchung Tsering, Director of International Campaign for Tibet says that the Tibetan issue might come up for discussion when the Indian Prime Minister raises the border issue with the new Chinese leadership.
