Tibetan stringer Tsering Migmar reported that Dharmsala is in full swing in preparing for the concluding celebrations of 360th anniversary of the founding of the Gaden Phadrang, rule by the Dalai Lamas. The Fifth Dalai Lama who was known as the Great Fifth founded the Gaden Phadrang, uniting the whole of Tibet under one rule; i.e., rule by the Dalai Lama. Dharmsala has organized a series of celebrations during the whole year and during the concluding celebration, the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts will perform a special opera based on the life of the fifth Dalai Lama.
