Tibetan stringer Gedun Rinchen reported that seven Tibetans have just arrived in Katmandu from Tibet. The seven people who came from Shegatse area say that they are nomads and the condition in nomadic area is “extremely poor.” They say as they crossed over the Himalayan Mountains, they crossed a mountain, which had knee-high deep snowfall, and a young girl who fell off a cliff was finally able to save. They are on their way to India.
