The Dalai Lama gave a special teaching Sunday to thousands of Buddhist followers as the Tibetan government observed the 360th founding of Gaden Phodrang, rule by the Dalai Lamas. The Dalai Lama gave teachings about the Fifth Dalai Lama who was known as the Great Fifth because he united Tibet under one government.
