German Foreign Minster Fisher raised his concerns about the human rights situation in China and Tibet in his address at the UN Commission of Human Rights meeting in Geneva, Switzerland. The minister said that China should abolish the capital punishment and human rights situation in China and Tibet must be improved. Mr. Fisher also welcomed the visit of the Dalai Lama’s special envoys to China and Tibet and called on China to have meaningful dialogue to resolve the Sino-Tibetan issue.
