The exiled Tibetan Parliament in Dharmsala this morning adopted a resolution affirming their belief in non-violence and a middle way approach even after the mid-June deadline passes for dialogue set by Dharamsala. Last September the Dalai Lama’s special envoys visited Tibet and China and held talks with Chinese and Tibetan officials.
