The Tibetan Parliament-in-exile will begin a two-week session beginning March 18. In an interview with VOA Tibetan Service, Mr. Thupten Lungri, speaker of the parliament says, the main focus of this session is to debate on the budget and the economic reforms proposed by the Kashag, the cabinet.
