Tibetan Youth Congress and the Indian Tibet Support Groups plan to launch a massive campaign to urge the government of India to change its policy on Tibet. The support groups plan to do this by informing and educating Indian public on the Tibet-China problems. The campaign will cover the remotest of hamlets, villages, towns and cities all over India. The groups will also appeal to state and national legislatures, human rights groups and also appeal to the Indian government to recognize the Dharmsala-based Tibetan government-in-exile.
