Japanese Health Service organization and the Tibetan Deleg Hospital in Dharmsala have jointly organized five-day free eye examination and cataract operation for the local Indians and Tibetans. Organizer says 80 percent of the patients who come to the free clinic is local Indians and it a great benefit for the poor Indians who cannot afford to have a cataract operation which costs about Rs. 5,000.00.
