Tibetans in Dharmsala celebrated the 12th anniversary of awarding the Nobel Peace Prize to the Dalai Lama and also the International Human Rights Day. Tibetan Prime Minster Samdhong Rinpoche of the exiled government addressed the gathering in Dharmsala and urged Tibetans to preserve Tibetan religion and culture. He also said the Tibetan government has endorsed and supported the campaign on boycotting Chinese goods, launched by Tibetan NGOs and other support groups.
