On the second day of the teaching at Bodh Gaya, His Holiness the Dalai Lama gave a special audience to around 1000 Chinese people.
Chinese from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, and US have come to receive the teachings from Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama. "I humbly pay my gratitude to you (Chinese) as senior disciples of Lord Buddha," Dalai Lama told an exclusive group of Chinese followers on Wednesday.
"It is a great problem for the entire humanity if there is no compassion and justice," His Holiness said. "So, it is not mandatory to follow religion to solve the problems, which he said can also be tide over by promoting good human values. We can put our efforts in this endeavour and I am confident to achieve this aim," His Holiness added.
His Holiness spoke on many problems being faced by today's world due to lack of morality and ethics.
