The Dalai Lama presided over Tibetan Buddhist Prayer ceremony Ngachoe Chemo the anniversary prayer for passing on of the great philosopher Tshongkhapa, the founder of the Gelugpa school of Tibetan Buddhism, at the temple called Tsuglagkhang This morning. Tsuglagkhang and other monasteries as well as private houses are decorated with lights and candle light vigils to mark the anniversary with prayers.
