Tibetan Task Force Concludes Its Meeting བོད་སྐད།

The 17thTask Force Meeting concluded on 24th September 2008 evening. The principal purpose of this meeting was to prepare the documents for the forthcoming Dalai Lama's Special Envoy's talks with Chinese officials in October, according to Mr. Thubtan Samphell, Secretary of Department of Information and International Relations, who attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Kalon Tripa, the prime minister of the Tibetan government-in-exile. Majority of the task force members were present at the 17th meeting, except the Special Envoy Lodi Gyari who attend a meeting the President Bush in New York.
