On February 23, Nepalese security force arrived at Tibetan Transit Reception Centre Katmandu and arrested Mr.Tsering Thondrup, 27 years old and comes from Amdo, Eastern part of Tibet. Nepalese security force had a photo of Tsering Thondrup, when they came to arrest him. Tsering Thondrup fled from Tibet to Nepal on February 04, 2008 and at present he is detained at Nepal Immigration Department. Nepalese Security Department has not given any reason for his arrest.
