The Guil of Tibetan Writers PEN based at Dharmshala organized a Candle-light Vigil on 2nd February, 2008 in Dharamsala. This movement was organized in solidarity towards Tibetan writers in Tibet and protest against the Chinese pressure to the writers including Dolma Kyab. Mr. Lhamo Kyab, the president of the Guild of Tibetan Writers highlighted the aims of organizing the vigil at the gathering.
