Thousands of Tibetans and Buddhist devotees from across the world, including Tibetans from Tibet and Mainland Chinese, joined the Tibetan Government in Exile for the celebration and traditional presention of auspicious symbolic offerings to His Holiness the Dalai Lama in South India this month.
