US official visited a Tibetan refugee center in Kathmandu along with UNHCR official. US official from the embassy Ms. Nancy Powell met with refugees at the center and says that she came to see the conditions of the new refugees at the center. The US has been giving financial assistance to the new arrivals at the Tibetan refugee center in Kathmandu, Nepal.
