US House Passes Resolution to Allow Capitol to Host Ceremony to Bestow Gold Medal on Dalai Lama

US House of Representatives passed a resolution Tuesday to allow the use of the U.S. Capitol rotunda for ceremony next month to award the Congressional Gold Medal to the Dalai Lama.
