The Tibetan Youth Congress, the largest Tibetan non-governmental organization in exile, has elected its executive members in Dharmsala, India, at the concluding day of the13th General body Meeting. Mr. Tsewang Rinzin of Portland, Oregon, was elected the new president of the Tibetan Youth Congress. Tsewang is currently serving as the president of Portland/Vancouver chapter of the Tibetan Youth Congress.
