Over the past century, countless lives have been lost under communist rule. Last week the memory of this human loss was marked in the opening of a new memorial by US President Bush in Washington DC to the victims of communism. Tibetan TV show Kunleng invites two survivors of communist rule to reflect on their experience. Mr. Harry Wu, a survivor of one of the most infamous Chinese forced labor camp and a leading critic of communist brutality, join us in the studio. From Dharamsala, Mr. Tenpa Sopa, one of the only few survivors of the jiuquan labor camp where thousands of Tibetans died, also participate in the program.

Kunleng is simulcast on television via satellite, on shortwave radio, and via the Internet in real time. Tune in every Wednesday at 1400-1500 UTC, 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm Lhasa time.
