U.S. Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs and Democracy and Special Coordinator for Tibetan Issues Paula Dobriansky, arrived in Dharamsala Wednesday, Tibetans lined the streets to welcome Special Coordinator for Tibetan Issues Paula Dobriansky, Kalon Tripa Samdhong Rinpoche and the Dalai Lama's Special Envoy Lodi Gyari met with Paula Dobriansky, she will have a private audience with the Dalai Lama on Thursday.
