Delhi Court Sets a New Date for Tibetan Settlement Case Hearing

The court case regarding the Indian government's plans to demolish illegally constructed buildings in Tibetan colony in Delhi has once again been adjourned by the Delhi High Court. It is reported that the court case concerning the Tibetan colony in Delhi which came up for hearing on November 3rd was again adjourned and the next hearing is scheduled on 28th of this month. It is also reported that no clear cut order has been given by the presiding judge concerning the case.
