Tibetan Refugees Arrested and Detained by Nepalese Immigration

The arrest and detention of new arrival Tibetans in Kathmandu. It is reported that 22 Tibetan Refugees who are on their way to India through Nepal to have audience of His Holines the Dalai Lama were arrested by Nepalese police at Dholaka District on July 21, and they were taken to Kathmandu and handed over to Nepalese Immigration authorites, who later put them under detention.
