In our "Life of Tibetans outside the Land of Snows" TV feature series, Pema Dechen has compiled a short story of two little Tibetan children ( a 9 year old girl and a 10 year old boy) in the Washington DC area who represent many of their peers growing in the West - having to make the effort of to balance both the cultures i.e the western way of life and their Tibetan cultural heritage.
