A Cheese production factory in a place near Ra-Gya Monastery in the Tibet area of Amdo. It is reported that, the New York based Trace Foundation has
organised a celebration ceremony for the sucess of first Cheese factory venture in Tibet, where Lama Jigme gyaltsen, the man who initiated this project said that he had started two school, one for girls and another for boys and therefore inorder to continuous running of the schools and also to help the local nomads, he started this Cheese factory.
It is also reported that, the product has been approved by the United States consumer quality control authority and therefore the said product is fit to be sold in foreign market. Trace foundation gave initial capital to establish the factory.
