Lama Jabb, Research Fellow, Oxford University
Lama Jabb grew up in a nomadic community in Amdo Tibet and later attended schools in Tibet and India before studying at Oxford university in the United Kingdom where he completed his PhD on Modern Tibetan Literature in 2013. Dr Jabb is currently a junior Research Fellow in Tibetan and Himalayan Studies at Oxford. He tells the story of his journey from the nomadic grasslands to the halls of Oxford and his thoughts on modern Tibetan literature
