Over a thousand Tibetans from Pema Koe and two hundred Tibetans from the Phenpo regions of Tibet offered a life long offering to their spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama at the main temple of Tsuklagkhang, Dharamsala, North India on November 2, 2016.

Nyima Dickyi and Chime Rigzin, the spokespersons of Phenpo Welfare Association and Pema Koe Welfare Association respectively, speaks to VOA on the lives of their communities in exile.
