2016 Tibetan Young Leaders Summit Concludes

Interview with the Summit Coordinator, Tenzin Dechen of the Office of Tibet, Washington, D.C. Dechen said that around 150 students and young professionals gathered at the Garrison Institute, NY, from August 18-21, 2016 for a three full days’ summit that witnessed spirited discussion on many important and relevant topics including Tibetan culture and identity, leadership, career development and reflection circles. The Tibetan PM Sikyong Lobsang Sangay delivered the keynote address. The Summit was jointly organized by the Office of Tibet and the Tibet Corps.
