An exhibition of photographs of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan communities in India by Indian photo- journalist Vijay Kranti took place in New Delhi, India

Kranti explains that the exhibition was tilted ‘Thank You Dalai Lama’ because, "The presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan community in India has enriched India's culture, philosophy and art enormously in so many ways.”

Vijay Kranti's 44 year long photo works on Tibet is lauded as the largest one-man camera-study of Tibetan people.
