The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives based in Dharamsala, India held an exhibition on Climate Change with Buddhist and Scientific perspectives side by side on April 15, 2016.
The exhibition was part of a project submitted by the leadership program candidates selected from different monasteries and nunneries taking part in the ‘science and monks initiative.’
The exhibition was designed in Thangka painting style, illustrating climate change problems in twenty five painted panels.
The exhibition was curated by Washington DC based Smithsonian museum.
The Library hopes to travel the exhibition in India and abroad.
