Led by poet and activist Tenzin Tsundue, a group of youths in India have organized a two day International Rangzen Conference in New Delhi, India. The conference was attended by more than hundred Tibetan youths from various parts of India, Europe and Nepal. Along with the conference, the organizers held two panel discussions, which were address by prominent Indian strategic analyst and experts. At the end of the two day conference, they have released a four point resolution on Rangzen called Delhi Declaration which includes issues related to Tibetan freedom struggle, situation inside Tibet, unity among Tibetans in exile and the importance and means of lobbying for Tibet in the international scene.
