The Dalai Lama urged the religious leaders to make efforts in making the 21st century a 'Century of Peace' during the concluding ceremony of the 2-day meeting of Indian religious leaders, held in New Delhi, India from September 20 to 21, 2014.

Mr. Kiran Rijuji, Union Minister of State, Home Affairs, Government of India, who was the Chief Guest at the meeting promised to extend his hand in implementing the Delhi declaration of the religious meeting.

Cardinal Oswald Gracias read the declaration of the meeting.

103 delegates from 9 religious denomination in India have participated the meeting initiated by the Dalai Lama.
