Khenpo Tsultrim, a resident teacher at Drikhung Kargyue Buddhist Center in Maryland, introduces four basic preliminary practices of Buddhism that inspires a disciple’s mind towards Dharma. These are - the precious human birth, impermanence, law of causality (Karma) and cyclic existence (samsara).
