Scientists are researching to prove the health benefits of yoga and meditation. John Denninger, Harvard Medical School is about to finish his five-year research on the subject. “There is a true biological effect. Meditation have effects throughout the body, not just in the brain,” said Denninger. A Tibetan lama who has been practicing yoga had previously told VOA that through practice he overcame his childhood physical disability.
