Acts of Kindness Boost Happiness


A scientific study have confirmed that acts of kindness can help school children to become happier kids. A team of Canadian and U.S. psychologists that conducted “first-ever” study of behavior that can promote happiness in children says students who performed acts of kindness become not only happier, but may also have better learning ability. Also, during his recent teaching in South India, the Dalai Lama spoke about the benefits from the acts of kindness and compassion for both this life’s wellbeing and long term spiritual development.
