Dalai Lama Addresses Exclusively for Tibetans in Ladakh

ཐད་ཀར་ཕབ་ལེན་གྱི་དྲ་འབྲེལ།

The Dalai Lama gave an exclusive address to around 10,000 Tibetans who are living in Ladakh, and those who have arrived from outside specifically for the Kalacakra Teaching on July 3, 2014.

He inaugurated the newly built community hall sponsored by the Dalai Lama Trust.

Before addressing the Tibetans, the Dalai Lama presented the award created by Ex-Ladakh TCV students to Kasur Jetsun Pema, and the former Director of Ladakh TCV Venerable Lobsang Tenzin.
