Dr. B. Tsering, Principal, The Dalai Lama Institute of Higher Education, DLIHE

Since becoming the principal of the Bangalore based DLIHE, Dr. B. Tsering has introduced a series of new programs and degrees in the college and most significantly the college was able to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Mysore University. Under the MOU, the Mysore University will recognize the various degrees offered by DLIHE. Prior to that, she taught at Upper TCV for over twenty years and served two terms as the President of TWA.
