The Tibetan Parliamentery and Policy Research Center based in Delhi is organizing a ten-day workshop for college going students in India titled “Today’s Youth, Tomorrow’s Leader” at the Club House, Mcleod Ganj, Dharamsala, North India.

Lobsang Sangay, head of the Tibetan administration in exile spoke with the students in the evening session during which he shared his visions about Tibet, his administration's policies, and hopes for the youth of Tibet. He adviced the students to put every effort and utilize their opportunities to study and pursue their goals to obtain a better life and to be able to serve the community and country better.

Sangay also shared his personal experiences at Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India's swearing ceremony, during which he met with leaders like Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi of Congress as well as L.K Advani of Bharatiya Janata Party and others.

The 54 students from 10 different colleges in India were briefed about the exile Tibetan administration, its policies, situations inside Tibet, NGOs, and Tibetan culture by nearly 60 speakers including a few exile leaders.

The participants were later toured around the offices of the Central Tibetan Administration, Men-tsee Khang, and Library of Tibetan Works and Archives.
